Review: Finally someone has written a book for kids with asthma! Both my child with asthma, her sister and my husband and I have learned the basics. And we all love Zoey! My daughter wants to hear the story over and over which just helps her learn.

Review: What a delightful, well written and illustrated, colorful, book for our "little folks" that have asthma. Also found it to be enjoyable to kids without asthma. A great learning and teaching tool to help, children, parents or just about anyone understand this sometimes misunderstood chronic illness. Recommended for anyone who has or knows or just wants to find out about asthma.

Review: Zoey And The Zones: A Story For Children With Asthma is a picturebook collaboratively written by Shawn McCormick and Ginny Trevino for the purpose of introducing young children to the reality of asthma, the precautions that asthmatic people have to take, and to knowing that asthma doesn't have to be an obstacle to a happy and healthy life. The charming color illustrations by Nathan Schmidt of a young car diagnosed with asthma and his stoplight buddy bring to life this story about the importance of seeing the doctor, carefully following a treatment, and remembering to enjoy fun things. Zoey And The Zones is especially recommended for young children who have asthma, or who have friends with asthma.
