Rating: Summary: Not a good read.... Review: I had to read Del-Del for school. Usually I enjoy reading books and do so often, but I found it hard to read Del-Del. I forced myself, but couldn't get past more then one chapter at a time due to the sheer boredom I felt when reading it. The book is repetative, long-winded and basically a waste of time... it doesn't resolve a lot in the end. I would find it hard to read it if you paid me the first time and would NEVER read it again. And it isn't only me who found it boring, not one person who I know who has read it has enjoyed it - my whole class, my sisters and my parents. I would advise you to find something more interesting to read.
Rating: Summary: A haunting book Review: In Del-Del, Kelleher evokes powerful images and emotions that even after 1 year still send shivers up my spine, and put a lump in my throat. Intriguing, powerful and fasinating.
Rating: Summary: wonderful Review: This book is thrilling and a great read for anyone from ages 10 and up. Kelleher is a great Australian writer of pre-teen novels, for your science fiction audience. This book is wonderfully writen. The story is about this young boy who thinks he is possed by Del-Del, it is shows his interaction with his family as the character of Del-Del, develops. Definately not a book that one can drop until it is finished
