Rating: Summary: A great introduction to Arthurian related authors Review: A superb introduction to the Arthurian Mysteries, the Holy Grail, Early Christianity in Britain, Terrestrial Alignment (Leys), the Somerset Zodiac and Sacred Proportional Architecture!I think the book provides a good starting point for those keen to learn more about the above subjects but feel it's all too complex and vast an area (which it is but that's why we love it!). A good way to decide on which area to concentrate your study efforts. Also provides a good introduction to the better known writers in these fields. Don't worry, they will start to become more familiar as you read their other books. This book 'chose me' in 1992 and after reading it I decided to move to the UK from New Zealand and thus began a 2 year field study (in between working) of the Arthurian and related subjects. This book has proved to be a useful point of reference and has travelled with me while roaming around Somerset in my backpack between my Ordnance Survey maps and my lunch! A great mix of writing styles and subjects.
