Review: I thought this Book was GREAT!! I Spent Playtime hours with my Two Children Creating and Building Tops. We Made some Great ones. They didn't need me there because the projects are simple. But the time spent making them together was PRICELESS.

Review: There are some good ideas here, but the materials used to make the tops (mainly pencils and paper plates) are bulky and too big for young children to spin.
