Review: Bright, Shiny Skylar focuses on Skylar, a girl who loves attention and always has the right answer. Skylar has a penchant for being a little bossy, she always knows the answers-and she's never in her seat. But Skylar inadvertantly destroys a class project which makes her determined to find a way to end her bounciness for good, of course with some help from Miss Sparks.
