Hippo is always finding new ways to be healthy. He also tends to over do healthy things. This book shows that you can always be doing to much of anything, even if it's for health. Hippo wants to jog so much for health that he tires himself out.
His friends try to stop Hippo when he begins to huff and puff, but he won't stop. In the end, something shocking happens and than Hippo doesn't look so health! I recommend this book for education...
