Summary: Cindy and Glory
Review: I love the way Joanna wrote this book. Cindy accused of stealing a watch when infact she stole a horse. This shows how far love will go to save someone. Cindy fell in love with this beautiful horse and when Glory appears at Whitebrook she just can't let him go back to his owners. Cindy hid him to protet him. In the end he was found at Whitebrook but instead of returning him they dug deep into his past and found out that he was stolen. In this book you see Cindy willing to risk anything to save the horse. I think Cindy and Glory were Champions from the begining. I can't wait to see what's in store for them.

Summary: Good Book
Review: Cindy Blake is new to Whitebrooke. She first came to Whitebrooke as a runaway from a foster home. She soon become the McLeans foster child and is working with the horses. One day, well out on a ride. She finds a beautiful gray Thoroughbred in her neighbours (sp?) back yard. As she leaves, she sees the horse being beaten by it's owners. She goes home and no one beleaves her. At Townsend Acres, half-owners of the racing mare Wonder, Cindy is acused of stealing a watch. She gets in trouble with the foster group and my be taking away. In anger, she goes out on another ride and finds that the horse "Glory" has jumped the paddock fence and is running around in the woods. She takes him home and puts him in a shed, hoping that no one will find him. Will her plan work and will she be able to keep Glory in the shed or will she be taken away and never see Whitebrooke again?

I just finished reading this book last night and it was better than I thought it would be. It is a truly moving story about how crule the world can really be. Four stars.

Summary: Who really wrote this?
Review: I have a hard time believing that Joanna Campbell really wrote this book. The writing style is very different from all the previous Thoroughbred books.

It was a good book, story wise, but the change in style really bothered me, especially toward the end.

What I don't understand is why the later books in the series are written by other people. Why did Joanna Campbell sell-out her series to other writers?

Summary: Lovely! Quite Darling!
Review: I really like this darling little novel! I can relate to Cydney.
And as for Glory, all I can say is
WHAT A SWEETIE PIE!
If I had a horse,it would be him.
HOWEVER-Cindy can be a little tempermental. I dont care for her.

Summary: Glory!!!!!!!!!
Review: It was an awesome book! You'll get hooked on March to Glory(Glory's real name) and Cindy's love for him and the next 6 books! But don't get TOO attached. Cause starting from #19, Cindy completely forgets about him and gives her heart to a horse named Strom's Ranson, then he dies and she gives her heart and attention to Champion, one of Wonder's. Then I guess when this foal in #20 appears she'll probably forget about Champion like she did with Glory and give her heart to the foal, Honor Bright. Knowing Cindy, it would happen

Summary: Cindy is Incredible!
Review: This book was great even though it is almost the same as Lighning's Last Hope in the Ashleigh series. This book was more relistic than most of the other one's and taht is what makes it so great. Cindy can be a brat (Well most of the time she is) but she is still one of my favorite's...

Summary: well cindy get keep gorly??????????????
Review: This is a terrific book! It tells the story about Cindy and Storm and their friendship before Storm lived at Whitebrook. It has the message that if something is very wrong, you can't just act like it never happened. You have to do something about it! Anyways, it was a VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY GOOD BOOK! Sarah :) P.S. THOROUGHBRED BOOKS RULE!

Summary: stupid at times
Review: why is it stupid? Cindy finds a horse thats being abused in paddock. She just says to him, I'll be back! I'd be all, Heck I'm gettin this horse outta here! then take him out, and run home and out in an empty stall. Mom and dad ask whos this? an abused horse I rescued I'd say. Then theyed see the welts on his back and sue the owners and we get to keep him, duh! cindy is sooo stupid! and y is she so negative? i hate the cover, Glorys head is to small, and cindys face gave nightmares ::shudder::
