Review: I should've looked more closely at this book before buying it for my one-year old. The illustrations are really terrible. There is a pig in a wig that is particularly awful -- and sort of frightening! This book is just not worth buying.

Review: This book is a great tool for beginning readers. It showschildren how they can make new words by changing the initialconsonant. It also teaches them about rhyming words in a fun,simple and playful manner. My 2 and 5 year old children love it.

Review: This book was a gift at our baby shower and out of all the books that are in the nursery, my son loves it! It is by far his favorite book. We read it over and over. The rhyme is fun and kind of silly. We think that it will help with spelling and when he starts talking. I wouldn't recommend the book for the age group suggested. It is a must have for anyone who reads to their baby.
