Summary: Strictly Below Average
Review: In this volume in the popular "Animorphs" series (about a group of teens who attempt to save the planet from invasion by alien parasites by acuiring the DNA of and turning into animals), the gang runs into trouble with a new group of extraterrestrials: the Helmacrons. These very small, very rude beings manage to get their hands on the blue box that is the key to the exclusive morphing power. So, the Animorphs have to get it back immediately before it falls into the wrong hands! This book has some humorous moments, and of course a little bit of action, but the plot is a bit weak, especially when compared to some of the thrillers that the author has wrote in this series. Unless you are a diehard Animorphs fan intent on collecting all the books, I would steer clear of this one and look for something with a stronger storyline.

Summary: Info.
Review: Meet the new enemy: the Helmacrons. Cassie finds their miniature spaceship and donates it to a toy drive. Big mistake. The Helmacrons are tiny, but they're far from helpless. They have the technology to shrink other creatures to their size. And until they get their spaceship back, they're taking hostages. The Animorphs must find a way to send these pests back into space--before it's too late." Obviously, it's a Cassie book.

Summary: This book was full of action and remarkably detailed
Review: This book is a Cassie narrative where a tiny race of aliens steal the blue box. It is vital to the Animorphs, so they want to rescue it. In the process they get shrunk to the size of a grain of sand. Visser 3 also gets shrunk. This book has a bit of humor which everyone will find entertaining. This is one of the best books of the series. A must read and two thumbs up. I just wish they could figure out that Tobias could become normal by staying in human morph for two hours than using the blue box to get morphing powers. Maybe the author wants the point of view of a hawk, loneliness, and being different. Anyway buy this book now!

Summary: Terrible
Review: This book was not only boring, it was a disappointment. After #19, I thought it would be more about Aftran and the other issues raised, but you have to wait till no 29 for that. This book has a very strange plot and introduces a new class of aliens, the Helmacrons which aren't that intresting. Some parts were okay, like when the Helmacrons shrunk Visser 3. I also liked the Helmacron log entries, they were funny. But Cassie seemed to be acting out of character, especially after no 19. This is a book I'll probably only read once or twice. Get it only if you're an Animorphs fan.

Summary: Honey, I shrunk the Animorphs!
Review: What can I say about this book? How about: TOTALLY AWESOME! The Animorphs meet a new race of aliens called Helmacrons. The Helmacrons are little, about a sixteenth of an inch. When the Helmacrons steal the blue box, Cassie, Marco, and Tobias have to go get it. To put it simply, they suddenly learn how big grains of dust are. This is one of the "funny" books of the series, much like #12 (sort of) and #14. This book makes up for #23, which I found wasn't as descriptive. For all of you who think this book is dumb, :-P. It's one of the best yet!
