Summary: Deerhound Lovers Love Babette Cole!
Review: Babette Cole perfectly captures the hilarious side of Scottish Deerhounds. They seem so calm and dignified in public but their human companions know & love the wild side shown in this book. I often read this book aloud to my naughty youngest hound, Oscar. Sad to say, he still hasn't learned the lessons so ably put forth by Lady Lupin. The fact that he once tried to read the book gave me hope until I discovered that he was really only looking for a snack.
