Review: I am so excited that the Brambley Hedge stories have come back into print. All of Jill Barklem's books are precious, and this one is no exception. In the Winter Story, The mice of Brambley Hedge are very excited. It has snowed, the greatest snow in years. The mice prepare a magnificent Snow Ball, a huge feast and dance in a grand Ice Hall. The pictures are marvelous and fascinating, the story precious. This book is recommended to all!
