Summary: very good book for my 3rd grader
Review: This book provides solid exercises for important grade 3-4 words. It arranges them in 10 groups then teaches each group with vivid activities and test questions. The contents are well designed. Be careful that this book may be too easy for many 4th grade students. In my case, my 3rd grader found it perfect. She finished it in 5 weeks. Word learning should not stop with one book. For similar word drills, I found Beestar (www.beestar.org) weekly exercises pretty good, too. My child's vocabulary is pretty outstanding in her class - thanks to such progressive word programs.
