Review: This is an excellent books for learning phonics. It has child-friendly exercises and illustrations make learning fun. Use Big Workbooks to reinforce or review grade-level skills or prepare for the upcoming school year. Ten workbooks are included: Rhyming Families, Long Vowels, Short Vowels, Blends, Phonics Review, Spelling Puzzles 1, Spelling Puzzles 2, Reading Skills 1, Reading Comprehension 1, and Reading Comprehension. My preschool daughter went through this book in about four months and she can read all first and second grade books before getting into the first grade. It was amazing the fun my kid had with this book and the words she can read after this especially with the puzzles. It is very good for home schooling where parents can work with their kids.
