Review: First what I want to tell you that every Junie B. Jones books are so funny. And I have her six books and these six books are very funny too. I think that children really like to read her books because than you read it was fun to read. I really recommend it to buy it.

Review: Have you ever wanted to be a beauty shop guy? Well I read a really good book. It's called Junie B. Jones Is A Beauty Shop Guy. And the Author is Barbara Park. I like this book because Junie B. Jones cuts off her hair and she goes to school with a ski mask on and her horn hat on. When her teacher sees her wearing the hats she says "Junie B. Jones why are you wearing your hats in school ? " Junie B. Jones said, " Because I cut off my hair." And also I like this book because Junie B. Jones goes to the beauty shop and the lady asked Junie B. Jones if she wanted to help her and Junie B. Jones said "Yes" but then Junie B. Jones swept up the lady's feet. And Then Junie B. got fired. See what happens next, see if she still wants be a beauty shop Guy!

Summary: A Very Hilarious Book
Review: I had heard many other mothers raving about "Junie B. Jones" and was curious what all the hype was about. My daughter came home with "Junie B. Jones is a Beauty Shop Guy" from her school library and I was anxious to read it to her. I told her I would read her a couple of chapters before bed, but once I started reading it, I couldn't stop! We were both laughing out loud. I really liked when Junie B. told the beautician that she would be an excellent sweeper ' 'cause she was real good at that appliance"
What I really liked about this was how true Barbara Park keeps her character. It's as if she climbed into a 5 year olds head to see what they would do in this situation. It also teached children that just hiding their problems will not make them go away. I just wish I knew what happened when Junie got out her extra, extra scissors!

Review: I like Park's Junie B. Jones Series, but this one I may skip. Dispite Junie B.'s outragious language (which I find cute since some 5-year-olds or older catch themselves with a wrong grammer mistake!) this story sets a bad influance. If I cut my slipper's "hair", my dog's fur, washed my teddy-bear and gave myself a trim, I'd be is HUGE trouble. What Junie B. got was a trip to the salon and wasn't even grounded or something like that. Junie B. is rather spoiled and gets away with many things...but this is a bit overboard. And where are the parents? Junie B.'s Mom or Dad I think may have noticed something with little Junie after going to the beauty shop. I doubt this could really happen.
There is a new Junie B., First Grader coming out soon called "Shipwrecked", and I'm anxious to see how Junie B. is "STAR". If I was the author, I'd make Junie B. maybe get sick, but it DID say she fended off a stomach virus. Oh, well. Junie B. cut her hair and wasn't punished, but I can't do anything about it but skip the story. The other books are MUCH better.

Review: I like this book because Junie B. is always saying things wrong. She talks like a real kid. My favorite part is when Junie B. starts yelling at her Grandpa. Read this book to see what happens when Junie B. tries to learn to cut her hair.I gave it 5 stars.

Summary: Junie B. Jones is a Beauty Shop Guy
Review: I stumbled upon this book at the perfect moment: right after my daughter (age 4) cut her own bangs... Twice! Although a change from the usual picture books I read to her, she was entranced and we read it cover to cover in 45 minutes. While it is true that the grammar used is not always proper, the book is written in first person from a kindergartener's perspective. In our case, that made it all the more appealing. We are deciding what our next Junie B. Jones adventure will be.

Summary: a great read for young children
Review: I want to tell you about a series of books that I love. They are called Junie.B Jones books. The first thing I want to tell you is they are so funny. One of my favorite books in the series is Junie.B.Jones is a Barber Shop Guy. It's about her dad who has to go get a hair cut, and Junie wants to tag along. When they get there is when the trouble begins. She sees the barber cut her dad's hair and starts to ask the barber lady all sorts of questions. Later on that day she decides to work on her baby doll's hair, her fuzzy bunny slippers, her dog , and last her own hair. After her mom and dad find out, she has to go back to the barber shop, and has to get a really short haircut. Now as Junie says that is the end of my famous story.

Review: My kids and I love Junie B. Jones...we have every book! By far, Junie's misadventures as a beautician are the funniest yet! She practices cutting hair on everything and when she's left with sprigs herself...well we just about rolled on the floor in laughter! What's not funny about sprigs? Just saying the word makes us giggle! If you have a child between the ages of 5 and 9, boy or girl, Junie B.'s adventures are pure hilarity!
