Summary: Charming
Review: I read this book to my class of third graders today, and they got a kick out of it. The illustrations are very cool and "retro," and it's fun to update the kids as to how the city has changed over the years. I found the text to be a bit stilted, but other than that, it's great, and definitely worth having in one's library.

Review: I'm so glad they finally decided to start reprinting these wonderful, whimsical books by M. Sasek. I can't wait until the whole series is out. They are books I remember reading over and over when I was a kid and would love to share them with my family.
