Summary: Father and Son. Who`s fastest?
Review: Alec finaly got the Black back, when the Press found out. A good newspaper friend convinces him to run the Black in the National Cup, the worlds biggest horse race. But something goes wrong. The whole book keeps you wondering to the end " What next?". The book has great detail and is a work of art. I love it.

Review: If there was a book that could just sweep you away in a race of horses and nature, this is the book! Satan and The Black come head to head! But it isn't a race against each other, it's a race against a blazing inferno! You will see who truly is faster; The Black or His Son, Satan. It is a truly wonderful story. You won't be able to put it down!

Read the book! It is truly exciting. I guarantee it.

Summary: The Black Stallion and Satan
Review: The Black Stallion and Satan 176 Pages By Kitty I could Identify with Alec Ramsay when he felt some stress over the upcoming International Cup Race. His stallion, the Black was going to be racing against some of the best racing stallions and colts in the world including his own son, who was also owned by the Ramsays and trained by their good friend Henry Dailey. Alec was stressed, because he was afraid he was going to have to pull the Black from the race because he was an aggressive unpredictable horse who might be compelled to fight the other stallions. There were a number of important events that resulted in the outcome of the story, and one might almost say there were multiple climaxes. The setting had a very big effect on the main character, and in a way changed the story. I enjoyed this book a lot and hope that if you choose to buy it, you will enjoy it too.

Summary: The Black Stallion and Satan
Review: The Black Stallion and Satan is a great book by Walter Farley. It is the 3rd book in the Black Stallion series. This 178 page book was just as amazing as all the other Black Stallion books, so if you enjoyed the other book I suggest you read this one as well.

Right from the begining this book is exciting and suspensfull, you wont want to put it down. Alex gets a letter from Abu's daughter, telling him that her father has died, when he was thrown from the black. In his will Abu has left the Black to Alec. Abu has entered the black in a race. So Alec decided to let the Black run in that last race before his retirment, instead the Black and Satan end up in a race for there lives!

This is a great book that you will love just as much as the other Black Stallion books, but if you haven't read the other books I suggest that you read them before this one. This book would be good for anyone in there teens to adult.

Summary: The Black Stallion and Satan
Review: The Black Stallion and Satan is about Alec and both of his horses. In the beginning the Black isn't his. Alec misses the Black and Satan because he never gets any time alone with Satan now that he is a race horse. So when the Black's owner dies and leaves him to Alec, Alec decides not to race the Black. He buys a farm where he is going to retire the Black and use him to breed racehorses. When Alec learns that he is the only one who believes that the Black is faster than Satan, he decides to prove it and gets into a lot of trouble which results in the public finding out the Black is back in America. The press puts a lot of pressure on Alec to race the Black against Satan, an he agrees. Just before the race something happens to all the horses that are supposed to be in the race. Will anyone ever know which horse was faster?

Summary: Very Good!
Review: This book is very good! I read this book in 2nd grade. I remember some of the most daring moments, but I don't want to give them away. This is an excellent book!

Summary: A pity that it is out of print.
Review: When I first read this book, I was hopeful that it was evidence that there was hope for the slowly slipping quality of the Black Stallion series. I was wrong but that doesn't eclipse the quality of this book. Farley finally faces off the Black and his son, Satan, but in a race for their lives. A little slow in the beginning but with a thrill-packed ending. Highly recomemded. If I ever run into the person who got the bright idea to pull it off the presses, I will definately give him a piece of my mind.
