Review: Fourth Grade Rats was a puzzling book. Suds didnt want to be a RAT in fourth grade, he wanted to stay an Angle and stay in third grade.
There were alot of characters in the story and I found it confusing trying to keep everyone straight. It was hard to read at the beginning but then it got easier to understand.
There were exciting parts when Suds tried to be a RAT and didnt succeed. I would recommend this book because others might like to read it.

Review: I liked this book fourth grade rats beacuse of the author was very descript of the setting and charters in the book. It was very good detail and you could see what the author was talking about and picture it in your mind. It is a good kids book for all ages. This book good grammer and assamdely. It was also very well put toghter and was very understandly. I did have some dilikes like some senes you just counld't put what they were talking about.

The best part about my book is the setting and the conflicts in the book. The setting takes place in a school and on the playground. The playground was very well and lots of detail like the rustly old changes on the swing set. The conflict was that joey had a baby lunchbox. That he had sence the firstgrade. His friend sud was stating to call him names. Anthor conflict was that he wanted to go back to the thirdgrade beacuse they were angles.

The most vivid parts were the charters how well he decribes them like what they were every day and what they eat or bring to play with. The setting is another good vivid part. The arthor put the book in step by step the the setting was very good like sunny or cloudly.

Review: The book Fourth Grade Rats is a funny and adventure book. The main characters are Suds and Joey. In the book the setting is at school and at Suds house. The major events are Joey becomes a man, Suds becomes a man. The major theme of the book is "you should be a kid when you're a kid."In the book Joey think when you're a rat it is time to be a man but his way of being a man is being a bully too. I really like this book so I think this is a good book to read.
The book stares at school as always at the end recess Suds hold the door open for Judy but she doesn't know him at all. At lunch Joey tolled Suds to be a rat you have to be a man (the saying at there school is: first grade babies second grade cats thread grade angles fourth grades rats). Throw the past week Joey was being a man but that's what he was saying to Suds and he didn't now how to become a man and what do you have to do. But he didn't want to become a rat or a man right now but Joey pushes him to become a man.
When Suds becomes a man he is really a bully take kids thing pushing them off of the tire swings he might get the girl he liked but what would take place next to him because he is mostly afraid of every thing you should read the book to find out.

She is a big show off and will go for any tough guy. (Suds likes her.)

The story begins at the school playground where first graders teased fourth graders by saying they were rats. Every body felt bad to be a rat, except joey, he was proud to be one. He said it was the first step to become a man. That's when the problem starts. Joey wanted suds to be a rat too. Joey was telling him to say no to his mother, eat baloney, push little kids around, and not to be scared to what suds is scared of most, spiders. (suds doesn't like the sound of that.)

The resolution to the problem happened when Joey's mother went to Suds house and told him that Joey shouldn't have pushed him into the rat stuff, and that he was dropping out of the rat race and joining the human race again. finally the story ends when Suds tells his mother a conffession: that the last few days that he was a rat it was all him, without Joey telling him to do so. Or making him do it. At first Joey was the one pushing him to do the things. After it was just him doing them.

I recommend this book because I like comedy books. Dialogues between characters are funny.
I enjoyed this book very much. This book will show you not to follow what you think doesn't sound to good and to be a leader, not a follower just because you think the person who you are following is cool!

This book is one of the best! Only now be a follower and get the book and read it!
