Summary: How to Eat Fried Worms
Review: This book is about a boy, Billy. Billy is a regular boy just like everyone else. He takes on a bet from his friends, Billy would eat one worm for fifteen days. He would have received fifty dollars. Wow, fifteen worms! I would never eat a single worm even if they paid me one hundred dollars!
I liked this book because of the very subconscious bet that Billy took. That showed me that Billy was a very daring person. He would try to do amazing things in life that he could accomplish. "Billy shut his eyes and popped the last piece of worm into his mouth, chewed, gagged, clapped his hand over his mouth, gulped!" You might think that worms are very disgusting. Billy shows me that he doesn't have any fears.
Billy can become a very brave person by eating fifteen worms. But eating worms can have a consequence. "His stomach rumbled and gurgled. He groaned as suppose if he was dying." This book can become very frightening as if Billy would die from eating worms.
My favorite part is when Billy find's out that by eating the worms wouldn't affect his health in anyway. That part was also funny because his friend's that made the bet made a fake letter from his doctor. They had everything correct about Billy's doctor but his parents had called the doctors office and had placed a message asking about the worms. That was a relief to know that he would be better and healthy. I would recommend this book to other people because it becomes very interesting to read. This book wouldn't take very long to finish.

Review: This story is about a boy named Billy who made a bet with his friends to eat 15 worms in 15 days for 50 dollars! The amazing thing is that many of the worms he can't put toppings on! I recommend this book because it is funny and simply a great book. (Kim)I give this book a thumbs up! Billy has to eat 15 worms in 15 days. Alan and Joe trick Billy many ways but he ends up eating the worms anyways, sometimes even raw. I read this book and liked it, I bet you will too. (Melissa) I strongly give this book 5 stars. Just imagine 15 worms for fifty books. Would you do it? I would! I think Thomas Rockwell did his best work on this story. If you want to know more you will have to read this book. (Joe)
