Summary: A favorite resource for homeschooling
Review: when I first dared to start writing my own curriculums, I wasted a lot of money on materials. However, once I found this series of books, they became the centerpiece of my science curriculums. Each book in the series contains easy to understand information-important for a teacher like me who prefers history to science, but who is raising a scientist. There are ready-made worksheets, vocabularies, projects, and tie-ins to other subjects. The books are in black and white line drawings, making them inexpensive to copy. I found books for nearly every subject I wanted to cover when my children were younger, and even now, when they are in high school, we refer back to the information in them while doing research.
