Summary: Great Book
Review: First off, I would like to say that the Baby Einstein puppy is so cute. This book is for ages 1 month and up. The text in this book is very simple, so little ones can understand it. The pictures are perhaps one of the best features because they vary so much. There are paintings, drawings and photos. All with different colors, textures and actions.

The best way to encourage a child to read is to have books in the home.

Summary: An Adorable Book
Review: I added this book to my registry because I'd always heard great things about Baby Einstein books. The price was really nice too, so one of my friends bought it for me, and I was surprised when I got the book because it is reaaaalllly little! It's a sturby board book though, and the theme of it is that on one page is descriptive test about dogs and puppies, and on the other page are various pictures of canines: Some of these are drawings by other children, some are cartoons, and some are famous works of art that include pictures of dogs.

I love the idea of this book, because I want to introduce various forms of art to my child at an early age. The small size makes them a bit imposible for younger children though--Newborns can only see bright and large colors and images, so until they are old enough to differentiate the pictures better, it will just sit on the shelf.

Summary: Baby Einstein is great!
Review: I love all of the Baby Einstein products. What I love most about their products are their books. Each book is labeled on the back with a recommendation as to what age your child should be for you to read to them that book. This book is perfect for the newborn, especially if you have a dog! This book contains an introduction to what dogs are, with little tid-bits of information about them on each page. I highly recommend this book.

Summary: small=great for travel!
Review: My 4 month old loves Baby Einstein books and tapes! He really pays attention to them! The book IS small in size but fits well in a diaper bag! I like that you can fit several in your diaper bag and just leave them there for emergencys. Great to send to the babysitters!

Summary: Great for small hands
Review: My 4 month old son has been playing with this book for about a month now. The size is small, which surprised me at first, but it's the perfect size for his little hands. We like to go through the book and talk about how our dog is just like the dogs in the book. He loves it.

Summary: My daughter loves this book
Review: My daughter loves this book. She noticed it when she was 7 months old and began to turn the pages on her own. It is just the right size to hold, and she loves to chew on it. She is 15 months old and still brings it to me to read. I have had to repair it over and over. I think the art reproductions are too complex for a baby or I would give it 5 stars. She has the babies and cat books and also loved them to death. Or, does she just like them as a teething toy?

Review: This book is adorable, our toddler's been saying "Doggie" for a while now, and I think it's because this is one of her favorite books. This brand is so engaging, it's really worth every penny.
