Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Elmo Review: A good book for all young childrens: I leave in France and I geave this book to my little nevew. He loves it so much. It's possible for him to learn easier english. A good way to learn!
Rating: ![3 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-3-0.gif) Summary: more flaps please Review: Although there ARE a lot of flaps in the book, my daughter (19 months) loses interest in some of the pages because it is either not interactive enough (the shapes page) or it has TOO many flaps crowded together (the alphabet page). Overall it is a wonderful teaching tool for my child, but it doesn't keep my daughter's interest as well as some other flap books have.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: has fascinated my son since he was 7months old Review: At 8 months,he spent 1 hour looking inside each flap, and now at 10 months, its still one of his favorites, he will crawl over and start flipping the pages by himself. he loves the alphabet block page, but i think his favorite seems to be finding ernie and bert and big bird on the numbers page, not to mention the 3 monsters in the big yellow taxi :-) with his vigorous and inexpert tugging it is beginning to get frayed but still hasn'tlost any flaps...
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Parents beware! Review: Buy this book only if you're prepared to read it *all* the time! I love that this book has helped teach my 2 yo son his letters, numbers, shapes, opposites, etc., but he has to read it every night before bed and he has to sleep with it! This has been going on since we got it for Christmas! I'm so sick of it, I came online to find another Elmo lift-and-look book. For my son's bedtime reading ritual, I have to read Elmo first or he won't concentrate on the other books--constantly saying "I wanna read Elmo" as I'm trying to read a different book! Thankfully, there's enough going on each page that I can make up stories about the characters or play games like finding circles in the numbers page to mix things up a bit! Ah well, thanks Elmo :-)
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: My Daughter Loves This Book! Review: I bought this book for my daughter as part of her birthday present when she turned 1. I did not think that she would love it as much as she does. She is now 17 months old and she still carries it around everywhere. Here favorite part is at the end when Elmo needs help finding his beloved teddy bear. When we find it together, she always gives the bear a big kiss and claps HOORAY!

Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: A must have Review: I bought this book for my daughter when she was 10 months old. It was the first book to truly capture her attention and now she absolutely loves to read stories together. She would spend time "reading" this book by herself 4 to 5 times daily. She is now 15 months old and still loves it. It is durable, although not rip-proof. We have since discovered that all of her older cousins received this book as young children and each still has it (at 9 to 12 years of age.) Enjoy.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: What a wonderful book and learning tool Review: I bought this book for my daughter when she was 13 months old and she loves it and has learned numbers, letters, and shapes by looking at the book. She is now 17 months old. She also likes to pretend play with the fruit in the pictures of the book.
However, I would only buy this book new. The child will have more fun exploring the book on their own for the first time. Also the pages can be a little messed up from opening the flaps and turning the pages with the flap open.
Overall great book, great characters, great color and great learning tool. I woul recommend this book to any parent who has a Sesame Street fan.
Rating: ![4 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-4-0.gif) Summary: Great for Travel Review: I bought this book to keep my 22 month old daughter busy on a 7 hour flight. She LOVED it! She was so excited to open all the little doors to see what was behind all of them. It kept her busy for at least an hour! It's a sleek book, although large, and fits right down the side of my diaper bag. The little doors tear pretty easily, but we taped them back. She loves carrying it around with her wherever we go. AND the price here is better than the discount store!
