Summary: Fabulous for adults and children alike
Review: My best friend bought this book for my son as a gift. We loved it right from the start. He likes the pictures and recipes and I like that Emeril doesn't talk down to the kids. My son is 4 years old and going through a pick stage but he ate the BBQ Chicken Roll-ups without hesitation. I highly reccommend this book for anyone who wants to spend some quality time in the kitchen with their kids!

Summary: great cookbook !!
Review: My niece brought this book over on her school break & we made 9 or 10 recipes & thought they were great. The cinnamon rolls, mac & cheese, apple muffins & the salad dressings to name a few. My niece ( almost 13) did most of the cooking herself with very little guidance from me. Great cookbook for kids & adults!!

Summary: Delicious Results From This Cookbook!!!
Review: My sister and her son, who is four years old, are constantly making something from this book. I make sure to pay a visit when I hear they are trying a new recipe. Today it was banana bread and an alphabet soup (not sure of the exact recipe name in the book). Both were absolutely delicious! The banana bread was wonderfully moist and the alphabet soup had a nice smooth tomato flavor. Her son ate two huge bowls! I have to say, I am very impressed by the recipe results of this new book and plan to purchase one for my own use.

Summary: Good learning tool for kids
Review: The safety instructions are great. The utensil glossary gives a great reference for our kids. The recipes are a little spicy for our kids but they enjoy experimenting.

Summary: My Son loves this book!
Review: This boook comes with very good detail information about cooking up front, as well as, saftey procedures for kids to follow. My son is only 7 and he made the family breakfast of cheesy eggs, by himself, with this book. He was so proud. (He did have supervision at the stove!) Lots of good pictues and good but simple recipes that kids can do. Different sections for every meal and snacks and desserts.

I recommend it for any kid that has expressed an interest in helping in the kitchen.

Summary: Love this book
Review: This is a great cookbook for my daughter to use as a beginner "chef." Everything is from scratch, which is a refreshing change from the usual kid friendly cuisine. She and her friend are now using this book for Thursday night cooking classes--loved the brownies especially.

Summary: Love it...
Review: This was a fun book to do with the Grandkids. It's about having fun and spendingtime together. Emeril made this cook book easy and simple and yet the photos were fun as well. I would love to see more books on the market like this. It's about family time and not just eating... 5 Stars Emeril HAPPY HAPPY Customer
