Summary: Harry's schoolbooks are much more interesting than mine
Review: J.K. Rowling has done it again with Quidditch Through the Ages and Magical Beasts and Where to Find Them. While I was disappointed with the absence of the veela from Magical Beasts, I found Rowling's descriptions and occasional pictures of the beasts to be fascinating from the point of view of both an aspiring writer and an avid fan of the series. Quidditch provides more information than I ever thought I would want to know about the game, but I found that I did! The highlight of the books is Harry and his friends' notes to each other that are written in the book, such as Hermione scolding Ron for spending his money on dungbombs instead of a new schoolbook. The prices are written in both dollars and sickles and knuts, and Dumbledore and Rowling both have notes written in the books, as well as the "real" authors. The best part about these books is that the proceeds go to help the needy around the world--there's nothing to lose for any Harry Potter fan!

Summary: Harry Potter Schoolbooks
Review: I would like to say that having books that are the same as the books Harry has is great. I think buying this book to help children is a great reason in it's own right. These books are just a good to read as the rest of the Harry Potter Books.

Summary: Funny, includes "handwritten" notes from Potter, Ron, & H!!
Review: Read every word in these books; including the critic review comments in the front and the intro... very amusing! Books include handwritten notes from Harry, Ron, and Hermione! Very easy to read, and, hey, the money goes to charity -- buy ten! Definitely a great little teaser in the long wait for the next book. Enjoy!

Summary: I've read worse. - Rita Skeeter
Review: The above quote can be found in Quidditch Through the Ages, along with several others sure to please fans, including one from that lovable git Lockhart! These books are incredibly cute, and very funny - Fantastic Beasts is filled with notes from Harry and Co. which, although I had been skeptical at first (after all, these were going to be MY books, not Harry's and I wanted them to appear genuine. Call me crazy, but I have a stack of books in my bedroom that belong in the Hogwarts library, i.e. filled with myths and legends and such), I found the notes thoroughly enjoyable. The same goes for Qudditch Through the Ages, although it has no notes written in it. I assume the Quidditch fans were scared away by the threatening note Madam Pince placed in the front. Still, it was full of facts mentioned in the HP books, and added to my reading pleasure. The only reason I've given these books 4 stars and not 5, is because they may not be as interesting to people who aren't as zealous for Harry Potter as I am, and Fantastic Beasts, at least, contains a few spoilers. If you're going to buy one of trhe two, I'd say go with Quidditch Through the Ages, but I would definitly say these are worth the [price]... (or 14 Sickles and 3 Knuts, as the back of the books helpfully tells us!)

Summary: Informative
Review: Very interesting but not as good as the real books. They make u think u are actually a student at hogwarts and are learning about the different subjects. I didnt think that they were as hooking as the harry potter books 1-4 but over all they were ok. P.S Quidditch threw the ages was the best in my opinion

Summary: A must for any witch, wizard or Muggle
Review: J. K. Rowling, in association with "Wizz Hard Books," has done it again. "Quidditch Through the Ages" and "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" transport the ordinary Muggle into the wizarding world with ease and enjoyablity. Everything, from the worn covers to the Quidditch blurbs to the handwritten comments in Harry's textbook, allows the reader to ignore the non-magical world and Apparate into the world of Kennilworthy Whisp and Newt Scamander.

The books display Rowling's gleeful glibness in top form. A pantheon of new characters (all sporting Rowling's chuckle-evoking names) reveal the history and intricacies of the wizards' most popular sport. Whether you need to know the origins of the Golden Snitch or the correct terms for Quidditch fouls, "Quidditch Through the Ages" provides a humerous and informative glimpse of the wizards' game. Likewise, "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" offers a important information, such as the Minsitry of Magic's Classification and a quick description of each creature, while maintaining a carefree and playful attitude throughout. Of course, you have to read around a few of Harry Potter's, the book's donator, school notes, but this is still a book no one, not even a Muggle, should be without.

Finally, all money collected from these books goes to help childern who cannot afford books of their own. So if you can spare $3.99 (or 14 Sickles, 3 Knuts) you can enjoy two delightful books and do a little helpful magic of your own

Summary: Your Normal J. K. Rowling Masterpiece
Review: These books are accompaniments to the Harry Potter books that the English Rowling has written. Even though the 5th book won't be released until July or soonafter, this will be a good addition to your Harry Potter collections.

Summary: The best book ever
Review: The book show you a lot about Quidditch and the beast Harry has to see in the book.

Summary: A Reader from Utah
Review: I loved the way that these books were so cleverly written. They actually made you feel like you were part of the wizarding world and could play Quidditch or have a pet Kneazle. I loved the side notes in Fantastic Beast and Where to find them. it was great to actually know Harry and Ron's thoughts about different types of beasts. For all of you Harry Potter fans out their I suggest you read them.
