Summary: Holes is a Good Book
Review: I am in 8th grade and our English teacher read the book to us. I really liked the book because of how it is much more realistic than most other books. The book is very adventurous and it is sometimes interesting too. I believe that this book is a good book for anyone to read, no matter how old you are.

Summary: This is a good book.
Review: I am in fourth grade. Our teacher read Holes to us in class. It was very good. Here is what happened. A kid gets sent to a camp where they have to dig holes five feet across and five feet deep. He was sent there because of something he didn't even do. His friend runs away and a couple of days later he does to. They're almost starving to death when they find a place that has mushrooms growing everywhere. The boy adopts his friend because he doesn't have a home. I liked the detail of the story. I would recommend to everyone, big and small, young and old.

Summary: Holes was awsome =)
Review: I am reviewing Holes by Louis Sachar. Louis Sachar has created a Realistic Fiction novel of mystery, suspense, and redemption.
Holes is about a boy named Stanley Yelnats (Stanley backwards) who is in the wrong place at the wrong time. He is given a choice of jail or Camp Green Lake. Obviously he chooses Camp Green Lake. There he meets Zero. Zero, (Hector Zeroni) who was lost as a child and too poor to look for his parents, was mostly at fault for Stanleys setence to Camp Green Lake. At Camp Green Lake they must dig 5ft by 5ft holes. There philosiphy is that if you take a bad kid and make him dig holes all day he turns into a good kid.
Together they try to unlock the secrets of Camp Green Lake, like why isnt there a lake? and what are they digging for?
I would recamend this book to anyone and any age. Holes is a must read!

Summary: Holes is such a GREAT book
Review: I am three quarters of the way done with this book and I am already saying it is one of the greatest books ever. It is about Stanley Yelnats who is sent to a juvenile dentention facility for a crime he didn't commit. At the facility in the 95 degree weather you are forced to dig a 5 by 5 feet hole everyday.I don't know the ending yet but I'm sure it will be interesting.

Summary: holes review
Review: I am writing this Holes review for a sixth grade class assignment. I think this book by Louis Sachar may not have been the best book I read, but was definately the most interesting book I have read. I liked this book because of how Sachar made everything connect at the end. I like how he uses the number three a lot (watch out for that). My favorite character would have to be Zero because of his perseverance. We are kind of alike because we both like math. I like the line in the book "No-good-dirty-rotten-pig-stealing-great-great-grandfather" because he uses it so much in the book you get used to it. I think Louis Sachar's style was most understanding. Overall, the book was good. by a great student
