Review: This was a spectacular movie and the book was even better. I personally enjoyed the book more because it painted a better picture in my mind even thought the movie showed me everything about it visually. There were quite a few things that were either left out or added to the movie that wasn't in the book. I read the book and the same day I finished it I watched the movie with a good friend of mine and she said that she liked it a lot also. I strongly suggest this book for anyone.

Review: This was a very good book! It is very exciting and has a good plot. It takes place in a desert place called Camp Green Lake, although it does not have a lake in it. Stanley Yelnats III and other people are forced to dig one 5 foot wide, 5 foot deep hole every day. Stanley finds something in one of his holes, and discovers the warden is up to something!

Review: This was a very good book. I got it and read to chapter 30 the frist day. Then the next day I finished it. I highly suggest this book to anyone that likes to read.

Review: This was a weird book, with all the sort of flashbacks and how the story fit together. I was a little confused at first, but I really liked it. The best part was all the characters and how they had such obvious personalities. It is definitely worth reading and very enjoyable, especially the second, and third, and fourth times!

Summary: How many times did I cry?
Review: This was an absolutely wonderful read. I felt so sorry for Stanley. I didn't understand the symbolism because I put down the book for a month. But when I got to the end, and understood all of the meaning therein, I cried my eyes out. I know that Louis Sacher will become one of our best young people's writers. This will become a MUST in our library.

Summary: Gets Better As You Go Along
Review: This was an excellent book for young adults (and those young at heart looking for a quick read). Our protagonist makes smart choices for a young one and has a good heart that proves that with hope you can get through anything triumphant. The author weaves an original folktale in to the story that brings the plot together in a way that makes you cry for joy. Forget Harry Potter - this is the one to add to your children's library.

Review: This was an excellent book. I usually preffer something longer, but over all it was pretty good. My english teacher read it to us and most of us loved it, but unfortunately I have to write a book report on it and I am trying to get notes from one of the days I was absent and he's not responding to me!
