Summary: The Descriptive Terror
Review: This book was an easy reader. Too many used up, worn out words. There are also the classic "Thought to be dumb" characters that are really smart. The tense moments really get to you. I didn't really like the way they told two stories at once, because you forget about one story for a time, then you forget about the other one. I only like the descriptions.

Summary: Holes
Review: This book was excellente! Stanley was accused of stealing sneakers and sent to Camp Green Lake. Boys in this detention camp were forced to dig 5 foot by 5 foot holes everyday. Stanley runs away to go and find his friend that ran away. This book keeps you reading and wanting more. It's a must read for student in grades 6 through 9.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Not a bad choice for a an easy reader.
Review: This book was exciting to read and was fairly interesting for a small choice of enjoyment. I enjoyed it because it was about a kid who I could easily relate to because I have been sent to a detention camp too. However, I didn't have to dig holes everyday like the main character. I hope that nobody in real life ever has to go to a camp for stealing a pair of shoes like the main character.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Why are we digging?
Review: This book was filled with excitment and adventure. Stanley Yelnats has been sent to horrible Camp Greenlake. He has messed up and is digging holes to build his character,so the counselers say but he dosn't think that is really what he is digging holes for. I think this book would be for someone who likes adventure if you have time I highly recommend it.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: This is Louis Sachar's most amazing book!
Review: This book was filled with wonderful characters like Stanley Yelnats and Hector Zeroni, and it had an incredible plot with wonderful surprises, twists, and turns from the first page to the last page.
