Rating: Summary: Holes what a good book! Review: This book is about Stanley a boy who got sent to camp Green Lake for punisment. I liked this book because it jumps from the past to the present. I also like it because it was a page turner. My favorite character is Stanley because he was determined. He was also brave. The best part is when Stanley stole a truck. It was the best part because it was exciting. The ending of the book is surprising because, you finally find out what they are digging for.

Rating: Summary: I really liked this book. VERY COOL! Review: This book is about Stanley Yelnats who is sent to Camp Greenlake (which is a dried-up lake) for something he didn't do. He has to dig holes until his time for being there is up(a year and ½). The hole has to be the length of his shovel wide, deep, and all around.
Rating: Summary: Jessica Barnes's and Saisha Meyer's review Review: This book is about this boy named Stanley Yelnats. He gets in trouble for a crime that he never commited. Everyday he has to dig a hole 5' ft all directions. Then he finally finds out he was innocent. The camp was shut down and made into a girl scout camp. There are several lessons that can be found in this novel. The three most important ones are don't steal, care for others less fortunate then you, and don't follow the wrong examples of others. The most important lesson is don't steal. Even if you want something that is'nt yours don't take it. It might be special or important to them, and if you take it from them, it will hurt them. The second important lesson is to care for others less fortunate then you. Just because they don't have, everything you have don't mean you should be rude. Be nice, and you will be treated with the same kindness. All anyone wants is a friend. The third most important lesson is don't follow the wrong examples of others. They will get you into trouble. You can find someone better than that. You really don't need someone like that; find a better friend. I thought this book was very interesting It could of been a little shorter, but it was still good. I would denfinately read it over, and over again. I would also recommend this book to all people that like a mystery.

Rating: Summary: Funny and well written Review: This book is amazing. It is really funny and twists the stereotype of criminals. Although some parents may find this book bad because it contains stuff about "bad guys" it is still an awesome book and a lot of teachers love it too.
Rating: Summary: Holes Critique Review: This book is an amazing story. It is also a very funny book; it has weird names. My opinion on the book is to make a second Holes book and movie.
Rating: Summary: Read this, alright? Review: This book is appealing no matter how old you are. On one level it's a character story, about a wrongly condemmed boy named Stanley Yelnats and his experience at Camp Green Lake. (A dry, waterless nothing.) But the other (and best) part is the sub-plots. There is indeed a mystery aspect to the story, and it's brought to light by making jumps into the past. So at times, it tells two stories and they come brilliantly together in the end. If you don't get what I mean, well it's hard to explain! Read the book and find out the secrets. Bottom Line?: A MUST READ!!!
Rating: Summary: Just read it Review: This book is awesome! It's intriguing and keeps you interested to the last page...
