Summary: Holes a surprising story
Review: I thought Holes was a really good book, there were some points in this story that made me feel very surprised.First of all when Stanley had to go to Camp Green Lake,I thought tat it was just aregular camp.Like the summer camps that some people go to.Next when Sam died Ifelt really bad for Kate Barlow. She loved him so very much she probrobly would have killed herself.I also felt suprised at the end of the story when Zero was at Stanley's house he finaly found his mom. This is wat I tougt about the story Holes.

Review: I thought Holes was a really good book.I would recomend it to all ages.I personaly don't enjoy reading enles I find A book that will keep me interested. When I first picked up this book, it looked like a fantasy, unbeleavable, boring story. But I was wrong after reading the first 10 pages I couldn't put it down. I thought it wasa wonderful book and I would read it again.

Summary: Dominique's holes review
Review: I thought holes was a really great book because, it had a lot of details about the story and it gave you alot of info on the Stanley Yelnants 1 2 3 and so on.My favorite character of the book was Mr. Pendanski becuase, at the begining of the story you think he is such a good person becuase thy call him mom but he turn to a diffrent person like he told zigzag to hit stanley.my favorite part of the book was when Zigzag AND Stanley got into a fight about the "cookie" that was funny. My favorite line of the book was "You ain't in girl scouts any more".The book was really good thjats all I have to say about the holes book.

Summary: Holes
Review: I thought Holes was a very excellent book. It was full of suspense and action. It also has mysteries througout the book. These mysteries are revealed during the book through flashbacks. The story has a good moral to it. I really liked Holes.

Summary: MV's Look at Holes
Review: I thought Holes was a very good book and I guarantee any reader would like to read the book.Although at times it can get very confusing, in the end it all straightens out and is extrodinary how all the charecters in the book are connected. The reason why I rated this book four stars is because in the beginning it started off dull and boring, but later on in the story it gets very interesting and wierd at the same time! The one thing I really didn't like was that there were three stories to the book and somtimes it gets a little to confusing and you just want to quit.Other than that I recommend this book to any reader 4th and above. It was a good book!

Summary: Holes is amazing
Review: I thought Holes was a very good book. I enjoyed it very much, because it was very realistic. The problem of them thinking that Stanley stole the shoes could actually happen to anyone. I reconmend this book to anyone who likes to read about realistic situations.

Summary: My Opinion on the literature work, Holes
Review: I thought Holes was a very interesting novel. Stanley Yelnats (the main character) is falsely accused of stealing a famous sport star's shoes. He is sent to Camp Green Lake, a correctional facility for "boys like him". He and his friends there are forced to dig a hole, 5 feet wide, 5 feet deep, everyday. This book was very exciting with an ending I never would have guessed. Louis Sacher did such a good job describing the characters and settings, I actually felt like sometimes I was there.
I thought it was easy to read and understand, even though two stories are being told at once. One, of course, is Stanley's and the other is a history of Green Lake. The words used are easy to understand and the plot isn't confusing at all.
I read the book before going to go see the movie (which I still haven't seen) because I would rather compare the movie to the book, not the book to the movie. I suggest this to anyone who hasn't seen the movie and thinks the book or movie sound interesting. Overall, Holes was an excellent book that I enjoyed reading.

Summary: Holes by Someone who you dont know
Review: I thought Holes was an amazing book. It was remotely easy to follow but I was confused about the whole
"story within a story within a story." Holes had some strong and some low points in the story. One of the lower points in the story was when Stanley was resting while Zero dug his hole. I didn't like that because it was mean of Stanley to let Zero dig his hole for him, even though it was Zero's idea. One of the stronger points was when Stanley and Zero found "refuge." I like Sachar's style in writing, like how he can make something so small such a big part in the story.

Summary: A story within a story within a story
Review: I thought holes was an amazing story because it all makes sense in the end.The book really reflects on friendship& emptiness. you get so into the story its like your there. There are many curves & bumps along the way, but in the end all the holes are filled in.
