Summary: Understandable books for everyone
Review: I am 12 years old and I have read every single one of these books nearly 5 times (literally). I have been reading these books since 2nd grade and love them dearly-like a good friend. These are classic books that will be popular forever because they are understandable-even though they are over 300 pages- and are truly what a kid thinks. Buy these books-and you will have a page turner that will live with you forever.

Summary: THE Children's Classic!
Review: I first started on these books when I was 9 years-old. It warms your soul to read this wonderful series by Mrs. Wilder. I am still loving this wonderful series and am still reading them. Forget television to calm your children--read them this series! Don't forget to get the cookbook, while you're at it.

Summary: These books are timeless!
Review: My dad bought me the boxed set when i was in grade school.. Since then I must have read every single one of the "Little House" books over and over at least 20 times each. I'm now in college and the bindings on all the books are cracked and worn from use.. the covers are falling off a couple of them as I continue to read and re-read them. I only hope they'll last long enough for me to read them to my children! The stories are very inspiring, and makes you really appreciate all that you have. Anyone would instantly grow attached to Laura and the entire Ingalls family as you watch them grow up.

Summary: Little Half Pint is my Hero
Review: This book has always lifted my spirits. It's a great coffee table book and doubles as a coaster. My mother introduced me to the books while I was still in her womb. They grew on me. I like when they inflate the pig's bladder and toss it around like a balloon. Mary's blind, but her eyes are Laura. My mother still plays with the paper dolls that she bought...I actually saw her playing with my 17 year old brother last weekend! Just goes to show that Little House laughter and fun never dies. Sometimes I wish things were as simple as they were in the "Golden Olden Days." Good old fashioned hard work was the key and you weren't scared of it. Now we've got hooligans running around raising Hades and there's no consequence. Make them read Little House on the Prairie, that's what I say. Then they'll see what living is really all about. So, if you want to live, laugh, cry, screech, and dance - READ THIS BOOK!

Summary: a must-read for any child
Review: when i was 7 years old, my mother gave me this set for hanukah. i remember being disappointed to get books instead of toys, and after making a token attempt at reading the first one i let them sit on my shelf for a few years. several years later, having discovered a love of reading, i picked them up again and wow, what was i thinking? these have become some of my favorite books of all time. unfortunately when i was in high school i let myself get talked into selling them at a garage sale, a fact which, 6 years later, i completely regret! yes, i am 23 years old, and i loved these books so much that i am buying myself another set. you never are too old to read these books.

Summary: Absolutely priceless
Review: Few children's classics offer as rich or enduring a story as the "Little House" series. My older sister gave me the set when I was ten. I have read them dozens of times since then, and am impatiently waiting for my niece to be old enough to appreciate these tales. They are incomparable.

Summary: Excellent
Review: The 'Laura Ingalls Wilder' book series are my favourites. I collect items, such as different kinds of Laura Ingalls Wilder Books, and many more. This book tells about an American Pioneer girl, Laura, as a little girl, grows up into a wonderful woman as she moves around Minesotta, Indian Territory, Kansas and many other places too. I am very glad to have a full collection of original 'Laura Ingalls Wilder' book series. Happy Reading!
