Rating: Summary: A Family Favorite Review: At our house, this book is a big hit. My 10 month old son loves to play peek-a-boo, the book only heightens the excitement. He loves to turn the pages and lift up the flaps to find the baby. I like the fact that the text is simple and clear. The flaps are strong and are holding up well, no rips or tears. This book is a great book for any baby.
Rating: Summary: the best infant & toddler lift ther flap book!!! Review: This book is simply the best! It has kept my daughter's rapt attention from two months on. It can even stop her from being fussy. The colors and details in the patterns of the pictures seem to captivate her. We read it over and over. She never tires of it. She is 6 months now and her friends, Bradley(15 months) and Jake(22) months keep trying to sneak a peek at it!
Rating: Summary: Enloyed sharing this book with my son! Review: I bought this book for my son last Christmas when he was 8 months old. He was thrilled as he lifted each of the flaps to find what was inside. It taught him to name some of his body parts espcially his belly button. Even at 20 months he will still bring this book to me or sit alone and read it. I loved the illustrations and even drew reference to it to calm him when he took his first bubble bath.
Rating: Summary: A little worse for wear Review: We couldn't wait to get this book. My 18 month old son has this fascination with his belly button! The book itself is sturdy with big flaps and bright colors that my son loved to lift. He knows where on the body the eyes, mouth, etc., are already. This book shows under and behind things and reinforces what he knows. When reading him this book he liked to point to the parts mentioned on himself and me. Although the book itself is sturdy, the flaps are not attached that way. My son pulled some of them off when I left him playing with it on his own. Little ones might pull them off if not watched when they play with the book.
Rating: Summary: My 12 mos baby now knows where her belly button is! Review: It is a cute book with simple, bright pictures that really capture a young childs attention. As a young one they will learn eyes, ears, mouth, baby, feet. As they grow a little older they will learn under, behind etc. A cute book that is great to have in your book collection. Most important - popular by the "audience".
Rating: Summary: Buy this book!!! Review: My daughter, who is eight months old, absolutely adores this book! She has countless board books, and this one is by far her favorite. Something about it makes her laugh hysterically. The only problem with this book is, the second we get to the end she wants to read it again! We could read it five times in a row, and she would still cry for more.
Rating: Summary: Enjoy this book with your baby! Review: This a wonderful first book to enjoy with your baby. It is in beautiful bright colors and it's small size is easy for you and baby to handle. It asks a series of questions of "Where is baby's ..., and when you and your baby lift the flap there is the belly button, or nose or whatever. The baby in the pictures always looks so happy that your baby will laugh and laugh. This is sturdy book that can withstand lots of handling, and if your baby chews on the book it will just look a little the worse for wear, but won't be harmed. This is a great book!
Rating: Summary: Great fun for baby and parents! Review: This is a nice sturdy book with colorful drawings of babies with some part of their body hidden. Each page asks, "Where is baby's ...?" Toddlers delight in lifting the flaps to find the hidden pictures. The pictures are bright and cute with eye-catching fabric and wallpaper patterns. A very attractive book, and perfect for that stage when toddlers become fascinated with their belly buttons! My 17 month old has really enjoyed this book. It can be very helpful in getting kids to name body parts, and it's fun for both the baby and the parents to read. Highly recommended.
Rating: Summary: great Review: My 8 month old daughter laughs everytime we read this book. I bring it with us when we go out - I know that it will make her happy!
