Review: This is the best book series I've read in a long while.After seeing the movie,I'd decided to buy the first book "Harry Potter And the Sorcerer's Stone. After it was finished, I got both the second book " Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets" and the third book " Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban".After finishing the third book,I was so into it that on my break I purchased the Fourth book " Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire". Hopefully soon they have the other books available, that way we can all get back to our good friends at Hogwarts!

Review: After seeing the movie and buying the dvd, I just had to see where it all began. The books are wonderful! Having just recently purchased the book set, I have not quite finished the first book. My husband has already read book two and book three in less than a week and has started book four. I am actually envious that he knows more than I do! As I anxiously await books five through seven, I will patiently enjoy reading all the others. Huzzah, Harry Potter, Huzzah!

Summary: Family Reading at Its Best
Review: When my father and I chose to give this set to my mother for Christmas this past year, we never dreamed the books would be such a hit with the family. First, I will tell you that the books were the first thing my mother used of all her gifts. She immediately curled up with the first in the series and read the entire weekend. I then read the series and now my father intends to read them as well. Of course, for Mother's Day, we took her to see the movie! The series itself is an innovative story which I need not explain as nearly anyone on Earth already has heard of the famed Harry Potter and his life in school to become a wizard. I will tell you my own insight on this particular set of books though... it is a great addition to a family's library.The only bad thing about this set as opposed to a paperback set is that they are harder to carry around so it is more difficult to read them while waiting in line or at carpool. But that is just my two cents worth.

Review: all I have to say is there is nothing in this world like Harry Potter, nothing that can be compared to it (the only set of books that can be described as alike are Anne Rice's VAMPIRE CHRONICLES, and still they're so different that to me they're seppareted worlds)if you haven't read them do it, FAST. You will enjoy them if you're able to let go and just fall in love with them, from Harry, Hermoine and Ron, to Snape and Lord Voldemort, they're precious to me and i hope you'll get to know them as well.

Review: I absolutely love the Harry Potter books! They [draw] you into the world of witchs and wizards and the characters are so amazing! These are probably the best books I have ever read. And they have so many excellent characters from the famous Harry Potter, to a warewolf for a teacher, to the evil Lord Voldmort himself. They keep you intrigued for hours! I recommend these books to anyone who loves to let their imagination carry them off to other worlds!

Review: I've read all 4 books and read vol.2-4 twice.I also have the movie and I've watched it 6 times already!I think this is the best book ever.I'm getting a whole new set and we already have the first 2.My brother is only in third and he loves it.I used to think Harry Potter was stupid and now I love it.My friends won't even try to read it.I guess you have to be good at trying new things to like it.I think you should try it and if you don't

Summary: Great for the imagination!! Must read
Review: At first when all the hype about Harry Potter started, I steered clear of reading the series. Usually when I hear so much about a book or a movie I end up disappointed with it...but not the case with this series. I borrowed the books from a friend of mine to make sure I actually wanted to end up buying them for myself and not waste the money if it turned out a complete disappointment. It turns out that I couldn't put the books down. When I finished the fourth book I was actually mad because I am going to have to wait for the fifth book to come out and it's going to be torture! But for the mean time, I bought my own set and am re-reading the books! This is a must read for any age and it is terrific for the imagination!

Review: Harry Potter and his fantastical world have proven that classical children's literature is still being produced today. This series of books ranks right up there with The Secret Garden, The Chronicles of Narnia, and James and the Giant Peach. These books are as compelling for adults as they are for children. Long live Rowling! I eagerly anticipate the next book in the series!

Review: I am totally addicted! I usually take a couple of weeks at least to read through a book. I read the second book in about a day. They are absolutely wonderful. I wish I had reading material like this when I was a kid!
