Summary: The Very Hungry Caterpillar Board Book
Review: The very Hungry Caterpillar is just an all around fun book

to read. Its a good one to read to young readers who like bugs.

When caterpillars start to eat alot before they go in their

cocoons. This book shows just that but ina funnier way and when

it goes in its cocoon it tells the children what happens to the

caterpillar after it emerges. So if you have kids who like bugs

there is no better book.

Summary: The Very Hungry Caterppillar
Review: When I was little, I loved to chase butterfly's. But i never knew where one reall y came from. I just thought that the mama butterfly had a baby butterfly. But when my mom read this book to me, I figured out how the cycle really works. This book is a very easy reader for young children, and a favorite to all. It talks about how the caterpillar is born, how it lives as a caterpillar, how it makes a cocoon, and how it turns into a butterfly. And when you are little, you are just amazed by this stuff. That is why I liked this book when i was younger.

Review: I liked reading the book the very hungry caterpillar agian because it shows the changes in the life of a caterpillar and I thnk it teaches little kids to learn foods and help them learn their foods you could like go to a page and ask them the food and they will hopefully learn it. I also think it shows little kids that people also go through changes in life. And reading this book again now that I'm 15 it just now showed me that. And hopefully kids will learn that at an earlier age.

Summary: A Fun Book for Kids
Review: My daughter enjoys this book immensely. It is educational in teaching kids about the developement of the butterfly. Two other books I would like to recommend are "The Foot Book" by Dr. Seuss and "One, Two, Three: This Book's for Me" by Stuart Samuel.

Summary: A creative book for kids
Review: The book "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" by Eric Carle was a book I loved to read when I was young. This book is very colorful and also fun to read. This book provides a fun way for kids to learn. It will help childeren learn how to count, how a caterpillar lives and grows, and also it can teach a child the days of the week. I think this is a great book for childeren.

Summary: The Very Hungery Caterpillar
Review: The Very Hungry Caterpillar is a great book for any young children around preschool through 1st grade. The book is about a caterpillar that starts off from just and egg. Then, the caterpillar starts eatting a leaf. Then he starts to eat some fruits, and then more fruits. After he is done with that he gets to his sweets. For instance cake, pie, and ice cream. Even though he eats all of that he still eats another leaf. By this time the caterpillar is full and makes a cacoon, and then he turns in to a beautiful butterfly. The author Eric Carle always comes up with gimics for little kids in his books. For example, the book has holes in it so it appears the caterpillar is actually eatting. I recommend this book to the young. The older you get the cornyer it gets. Not a classic but overally good a book.

Summary: I Love it! - school project / Mr. Boon
Review: Oh my goodness! I love this book sooo much! It's one of my most favorite books of all time! I've loved and read this book since as long as I can remember. Eric Carle is one of my and I'm sure a lot of other people's all time favorite authors. His books are all so bright and fun. I like how this book has fictional and factual information. For instance, it tells how the caterpillar starts out in an egg, then eats, geting fat, then spins itself a cacoon, turning into a butterfly. The fictional part is that it says how it eats through all of this junkfood such as: cake, pie, ice cream, a lollipop, ect. That part right there is what makes it so fun. It's not every day that you hear about a caterpillar eating all of those kinds of things. I think that the pages are set up so cool. There's holes punched through all of the things that he eats so that it really gives you the feelig that he really ate through it. This book makes children excited about reading because it's so much fun. I think that this is one of the best books out there that you can find. Find out for yourself how great it is by reading it with your children.
