Review: I'm sorry to say it but the new books are just BAD! The new writer need to read what she's writing! the books are about HORSE RACING! not dressage & jumping!!! PLEASE!!! if we wanted to read about that, we would read books about jumping or dressage we want to hear about horse racing!! Where is Ashley, and Sammy,and Cindy, Max, and Wonder, and Fleet Street, Champion?? did they just all fade away??!! Hellooooo? PLEASE JOANNA COME BACK!!

Review: If Anybody has heard about the Ashleigh Series, It's out now. Unfortunalty it has nothing to do w/ Ashleigh! They are all her favorite books. It doesn't mention her name in the story at all. I got one yesterday. I'm still gonna get them but I have to admit I am a little dissapointed. The series is called ASHLEIGH'S THOROUGHBRED COLLECTION. THere is ANOTHER new writer. 4 people have written the THROUGHBRED series so far

Summary: What is you peoples problem?
Review: If you don't like the books do not critize them so much other people do not want to buy them. This book is really great. Christina is my favorite character and I really like Sterling Melanie and Trib :) I love how the books focus on eventing because racing was no susence and all the horses always won. I don't really care if I don't see any of the old characters cause the new ones are great too! I do admit that the best author for these books was Joanna Campbell, but the other authurs are good too! GIVE THEM A CHANCE! I am glad that Joanna Campbell has started to write other books like 39 and 40. I can't believe people would say awful things about this book because it was really great! I hope these books stay at eventing forever!

Summary: It was fine, but that's all...
Review: It didn't satisfy me, to say the least when I read it years ago. I found it extremely predictable, to start, just like all the other Thoroughbred Series Books, except a choice few. Ashleigh's Christmas Miracle and Seirra's Steeplechase. I'm a jumper and hunter fan and rider myself. I am also a fan of the longer Thoroughbred books. to those who agree with me, I have some suggestions. I used to read a series called Pine Hollow, the Second series after the Saddle Club. I even still read those books and just bought four off this amazon.com two days ago...To sum it all up, Thoroughbred isn't a bad series, but it doesn't turn my crank like they did when I was younger.

Review: Ok some of the book's with Christina may not be the absalute greatest but COME ON!!!!!!! YOU CAN'T EXPECT THE OTHER AUTHOR'S TO BE PERFECT! Most of the time the book's are great but when i look at the review's I see all of these 1 and 2 star rating's so what is with that?????? This book was well writen and for your information I REALLY ENJOY THE BOOK'S WITH CHRISTINA,DYLAN ECT... AND IF YOU HATE ME FOR THAT SO BE IT!!!!!!!!!! Summary: I give up on Thoroughbreds!
Review: Okay, I defended them for a while, after #s 24 & 25 came out, hopeing they would get better, but they haven't. I just thought I'd say that I am no longer reading or buying thses books. Ad far as books go, they never were that fantastic, compared to classics like Les Miserables, Oliver Twist, etc, but they were fun and easy reads. Plue they were about horse racing, which practically no fictions books use for a sucject. Now these books have gone completely down the tubes. don't even bother to read them. Save your money!

Review: Okay, I want the racing and Cindy and Samantha back. But, I really still love the TB books just the same! I think it's kind of interesting how they mix up Christina's horse life with her love, but I would much rather perfer the horse life over love life any day. JOANNA PLEASE COME BACK!

Summary: WHOA!! Slow these horses down 'cause I missed something
Review: Okay, I've missed something. At one point in time there was a girl named Samantha McLean, she had a sister named Cindy and too many friends to name including a fiance. Used to love this sieries it was so special to me. I read them faster than they were released and had to wait months to read the next one and I couldn't wait. I don't understand how the new auther could be so stupid as to just write books with no background at all. I think she should write for Saddleclub if she likes jumping so much. If thats what I wanted to read about i would buy other books! I think Christina's jumping deal could have turned out ok but that was in the Christmas miracle when she liked to race as well. PS. I wouldn't have given this a star at all but that wasn't a choice.I WANT TO AT LEAST KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO ALL THOSE PEOPLE THAT I LOVED AND WHAT HAPPENED TO ASHLEIGH'S OTHER BABY!!!!!
