This book is about a boy named Mick, and he is a sophomore in High School. One day he finds an email that says his step mom is cheating on his dad. He also likes a certain girl named Lisa, but he has never talked to her before. Then he got a job that she applied for too. Will they get together? Will Mick and tell his dad about the email.
One thing that I like about the book is how Laura and Tom, the authors, put more than one problem in the book. I think it makes the book more exciting. I also like how there are different point of views. Like one chapter it will be Mick telling the story, and then it will be Lisa's point of view.
A thing that I don't like about it is that they didn't put too much information about his step mom, Nora. That was the first problem in the beginning, but then all these other problems happened and they kind of forgot about that situation.
I would defiantly recommend this book. It's exciting and funny. If you like drama books, then you would like Zipped.
