Summary: Whisper and a Wish!
Review: My friend and I have read all the Christy books and we are addicted. A Whisper and a Wish was a great book, although not our favorite. If you've only read up to this book, and your not hooked....just wait! As you read more of the books, you will fall in love with the characters...becasue they just keep getting better as the books go on.

Summary: Good book, not better than the first...
Review: This book was really good, but I don't think it was better than the first in the series, Summer Promise. The first talked a lot about her troubles with the Lord and such, and the second was more focused on other things. I found that a little disturbing, since it is a Christian series. In all though it was a good book. I would reccomend the entire series to anyone who is looking for a quick book to read for entertainment.

Summary: A Good Follow-Up to Summer Promise
Review: This is a really good book, though not my favorite. It picks up right where Summer Promise left off. In this book, Christy is moving to California. She figures she'll be back with her Christian friends on the beach. Instead, her family moves to a town further inland, Escondido. Suddenly Christy is the New Girl. But not for long. She soon meets Katie, (who is really awesome), Janelle & Brittany. She falls in with some kids who go to the local church. She also meets Rick, whom you'll hear more about:) This book isn't the best in the series, but don't lose hope...they get better!
