Review: For anyone who read "The Song of the Lioness" quartet by Pierce, "The Immortals", beginning with this book, will be another fantastic treat. The characters are warm and real, more than words on a page. The text is engaging. You will be unable to put this book down--I've read it numerous times over the last few years, and I'm an adult. I never get bored with it. Unbelievably good.

Review: I simply LOVED this book! Espically how it continued on the Tortall Saga and we get to know what happened to Alanna, but erm, WHAT HAPPENED TO MYLES? CORAM? Where have they disappeared to? Well, after reading the book, it is no wonder that this is a definate thumbs up!!!

It is about a girl, Daine, who loses her home and has to learn to trust people again, and gets in very exciting advetures while she is at it. This is a WONDERFUL book and I'm sure you'll like it.
