Summary: I could not put it down
Review: This book was amazing. It made me see the world through the eyes of someone on drugs. It was truly scary hearing all she went through. this is a very good book, and i recommend this book to all young adults.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: You can relate, intresting, fun to read!
Review: This is my most favorite book. I read it a few months ago and then my mom told me she read it when she was my age! It's definitlly a book for teenagers, not kids. Even though,it's not meant to teach you to not do drugs,it did that for me. Alice went through complete torture and I know I would never want that to happen to me. I was surprised at the ending, but I won't say what it was! Read it to find out!!!

Summary: "My favorite book ever (fact or fiction)"
Review: I have already written a review of this book but had not read the reviews for it. I am fourteen years old and read this book for the first time when I was in third grade. I have read it so many times that I am now onto my third copy because I ruined th bindings on my other copies. This is somewhat embarrassing but it had never occured to me before that this book might be a work of fiction. Although it may not be true this book has given me more perspective on drug use then any health class. Whethor or not this book is fact to fiction I think that the average teenager has the ability to do what I have done and take from this book not necessarily a concrete truth about the effects of drugs on everyone but what they have the capability to do to ones life.

Summary: i thought it was a great book about what teens go through.
Review: i thought this book was absolutely great! it kept me wanting to read it and find out what happens, and it never got boring! it got me attatched to her and her life and i ended up feeling she was a close friend of, since i had read everything that she had been through. i wanted to try to help her and let her know everything was gonna be okay. when i finished the book, i sat there and cried for the longest time. the book made me realize the sad life people have to go through and what they are really thinkning on the inside. i made all of my friends read this book, and they we all sat there and talk (and cried) about it. i would recomend this book to everybody, it is absolutely a wonderful book!

Summary: Really hard to put down.
Review: I'm 17 and I borrowed this book from my cousin recently & it was so good, it took me only 4 days to finish. It seems very realistic as well. It's a shocking tale, but one that should be taken notice of.

Summary: The ultimate book. Do not miss it.
Review: Go Ask Alice. Just looking at the cover made the mystery come alive for me. I read the first pages and was intrested. I couldn't put it down. Her life was so real in an unreal way. "She's fifteen!" I screamed. How can this turmoil happen to someone so young? The book is amazing. I cannot express it enough how important and essential this book is. I could feel her pain wrapping me up as the book dipped in and out of it's twisted tale. The language is vivid and real. This book is reality. Read it and decide for yourself.

Summary: french student : A book for teens
Review: Well. I'm a 19 years old french student and i bought this book a few days ago. Although the fact to know if the story is true or not is not so important, it is quite frustrating no to know the truth. I totally agree with the readers who say the diary is a propaganda against drugs. There are so many cliches that a adult or even a young adult cant believe it! Furthermore there are a lot of things which are quite weird. For example Alice says, at a time, that she's so druged that she doesnt know if she's a girl or a boy anymore, but hey, not druged enough to forget her diary... Anyway although it doesnt appear to me to be a true story, it might be helpfull to young readers who know nothing about drugs. And I think everyone who have ever smoked a joint will agree with me that you dont enter in a psychedelic trip...

Summary: Great but not excellent
Review: I am 15 and this book is ancient and i bought it at a used book store. I liked the style of the diary. This girl led an amazing life. The ending was a surprise. I recommend this book to all ages. This is sure to take you back to the 60's.

Summary: A normal girl who struggles to get her life back after drugs
Review: THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST REAL BOOKS ON THE MARKET TODAY. I THINK THAT ANYONE WHO IS OR HAS THOUGHT ABOUT GOING INTO THE WORLD OF DRUGS SHOULD READ THIS BOOK. IT WILL INSTANTLY TELL YOU TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE FROM READING THE MISTAKES THAT THIS POOR GIRL HAD TO MAKE IN ORDER TO STOP. IF YOU HAVEN'T READ IT OR STOPPED BECAUSE IT SEEMED DULL.... PICK IT UP AND READ IT. AFTER READING THIS BOOK YOU WILL NEVER FORGET POOR ALICE.
