Summary: Great Books!
Review: The Left Behind series is great for me considering I'm a kid I really don't know if adults would like it or not, but if you are an adult reading this I'd recomend Left Behind the original series. I thought this book was great because while its action packed it also teaches the gospel to the reader. This book also keeps your interest, so you could read it in one night, considering that I read the books seperately. I'd strongly suggest reading this book if you like mysterios and exciting books.

Summary: My 8 year old daughter and I both read them!
Review: The other reviews are right on! The books are great - fast paced and interesting. My daughter and I both enjoyed them. Since the books are for an older age, I read them before my daughter.

The books are not scarey and should be read by any child, especially those in Christian homes! We never quite know the extent of our children's faith, these books may help them to think more themselves.

I have read both the adult and kid Left Behind series and recommend them! The kids books are almost better than the adult ones!

Summary: Great Books
Review: These are great books. I am thirteen years old and I've read#1- #8 and am waiting for book #9. I read about one a day. They wereso good I just flew through them. They really help you understand the end of the world from a christian perspective and refer to the bible and state some verses in it. I really respect the characters in the stories all though they are not real. They represet brave christians who have accepted christ and changed. They also help dislay how you need to talk out about God. These books really deserve 5 stars and I encourage you to read them. I know these books will touch you as they touched me.

Summary: Great books and i would give more than 5 stars
Review: These books are great! i started reading them and i also got my mom into reading them and now she's a couple books ahead of me! This boxed set is a perfect starter to get you into reading these eye-opening books! The first book is kind of boring, but keep reading, it'll turn out interseting. When i first read the book of Revelation in the Bible, i didn't really understand it. I thought it would all come at the same time. These books really helped explain it to me and now i'm stronger in my faith and in my reading. These books are really great for children and adults and it helps you understand more. Sometimes these books bring me to tears because of what our world will suffer and will be decieved by the antichrist. These authors are trying to get the message to you that it might be to late so you need to be saved. I really think it was great that i found an interest in these books. they make you want to get on your knees and really pray, i really like these books and i hope you will like the too. ;-)

Summary: Propaganda
Review: These books are unadulterated fundamentalist propaganda. That might be ok for adults, who have already chosen their path in life. But when such books are written for children, in the obvious hope to inculcate them into a particular religious view, it goes from "preaching to the choir" to Neuremberg rallies. They don't even have the saving grace of being well written. The strokes are so broad, the characters so one-dimensional, the "message" so obvious, that you would get as much from beating the child over the head with the book and yelling "sinner!sinner!sinner!" as you would letting them read it. If a Muslim, a Jew, or (G-d forbid) a secular humanist created such tripe and it ended upon on library shelves the afficianados of this garbage would burn the building down.

The bottom line: Badly written, poorly developed fundamentalist propaganda.

Summary: Left Behind : The Kids
Review: This series is a great! From the point of view of kids who've lost their families, it shows the possible problems of the Tribulation while trying to get on with their life. I have read these and passed them on to my friends who have really enjoyed them, too. I don't have time to read my mom's big books but we discuss the differences of the two sets. ~ Rahne Griggs

Summary: Left Behind
Review: This series is great for all ages! I have been reading these and the older "Left Behind"'s. I think it's really interesting how the older books and the younger ones corrolate in the events that take place. I encourage you, if you are old enough, to read both series of books. When you do it covers both a kid's perspective an adult's perspective on the Rapture and the Tribulation. I look forward to more books from these authors.
