Summary: Continuing the story ...
Review: If you watched the Kare Kano anime and were left hanging by the abrupt and inconclusive ending, here is where you need to begin to resume the story. The group is still in preparations for the play they are going give. Tonami's trying to patch his friendship with Arimi. Finally, the part I like, things between Tonami and Sakura get juicier and more complicated. If you liked the anime, you'll like the manga, so just do yourself a favor and buy it (and the next ones in the series too). Otherwise, you'll always be wondering what happens. (Note that I have not read the previous volumes of the manga.) Also, there is a short novella at the end of the manga that takes up nearly a third of the book. That story has nothing to do with Kare Kano, but is still an interesting shoujo story in itself.

Summary: Where Episode 26 left off...
Review: Kare Kano, my guilty pleasure on those down days. Like so many other fans of this anime, I was stunned at the abrupt end and was anxious to find out what happens with the student's culture festival as Miyazawa and the gang get ready. Plus, look for more on Tonami and Sakura's unexpected situation and I love how things are between Tonami and Arima whose dark past continues to linger. This manga just never fails to keep a smile on your face and the continuity and spirit from the anime is still present in Masami Tsuda's work.

For all you diehard Pero Pero fans, keep on reading!
