Summary: no words to describe such a masterpiece 100000** if i could!
Review: Well i just finished reading the book after almost tree years of looking forward to... It was really some expreience, felt like travelling to another world!I've read all harry potter books,i've experienced all his adventures but nothing compares to this unbelievable journey which leads you to the most secret paths of knowledge about harry's existence you've always wanted to walk through.I can only say that i was just amazed by such a masterpiece and realized that... well it was worth waiting so long for it!
In this book we will see harry as we've never seen him before, more grown up and with a totally different attidute than we've used to.but he still can't get well along with girls:) He thinks in a more of an adult-like way but still his feelins are mixed up with the youth of his age.He gets more easily irritaded, angry even with hermione and ron who also seem, but only a bit, changed.Hermione is smarter, cleverer than ever
and the woman inside her is eventually starting to grow.Ron is really there whenever harry needs him and he never let us down with his attidude and idea about what friendship is all about.
The 'thing' which should capture all harry potter readers is that every single person we ever met it this series has a role ,pretty serious one,in the order of phoenix and most of the questions that we had after reading the 4 other books are ALL beeing answered. You won't be able to leave the book once you've started reading it so make sure to start reading it when you know that you'll have a long time in front of you to go!
The loss of one major and really lovable character in the book is really going to shake the earth under your feet but i'm sure that we will find out later why it has to be done this way.Dumbledore develops a really special relationship with harry and so does the-one-who-must-not-be-named:) We will know things about snape and harry's father, but also there will be a revelation about neville longbottom.
I dare to say that those of you who have not yet read the book really haven't got the slightest idea about who harry potter really is.You will find the book really grown up,with serious bits of irony even compared to our way of life, there are so many interesting parts about their politics that we've never had the chance to see before.Definitely this is NOT only a book for children,it is far more dark than the first happy-fying-in-the-sky adventure.
I hope that all of you after reading the last page will go back to the front and start it all over from the beginning. At least this is exactly what i feel like doing. Also i think that i have to thank from the bottom of my heart J.K.ROWLING for the pleasure she is so kindly offering us through her outstanding novel...Hope that we won't have to wait so long for the 6th book! She made quite a promise of that at the last page of the order of the phoenix!Thank you for reading and hope you all enjoy that book as much as i did!

Summary: Once again Amazing...
Review: I will not give anything away about this book. I would never want to ruin it for anyone. The only thing I can say is that it is awesome. I plan on reading all 5 over again. I only hope it doesn't take another three years for the next one to come out. When you are reading any of the Harry Potter books you feel like you are right there along for the journey. I look foward to reading the next one and hope that there is many more to come. I am 29 and I felt like I was a little kid again. The second the book came I was so excited all I could do all weekend was read. I don't want the adventure to end so I plan on reading all 5 over again.

Summary: I was waiting for a war
Review: This book took a while to grow on me. I was (have been) waiting for this huge war to break out against Voldemort, and this is really more about everything that happens before the war. But it was still a very good read. Hagrid has a BIG surprize for the trio, Fred and Greoge are awesome with plenty of new tricks, and the new DADA teacher is...well, lets just say that I didn't think Harry was going to have a hand by the end of the book. But perhaps I'm saying too much. There's a very cool Wizard's duel at the end, and we (not just Harry) learn something that we should've learned five years ago. The death of a beloved character had me crying my eyes out (I just couldn't believe that ____ was gone). It's a very creative and fun and slightly darker adventure than the 4th that will keep you reading late into the night. By the end of the book you find that the locked doors to questions that you once had are now open, but also that there are unopened doors with new questions further down the hall. And as Harry walks away from the magical world once more to spend the summer with the Dursleys, you find yourself wishing for the train ride back to Hogwarts.

Summary: "Necessary Evil"
Review: Without a doubt, those looking for "more of the same" from Rowling have a surprise coming. Although we have seen a trend of evil circumstance building with the last four books, "Order" takes it to an entirely new level. Appropriately, this story occurs during the gang's tumultuous transition to adulthood, and truly does come off as a coming of age story. Most will also recognize the same type of themes that are evident in "The Empire Strikes Back", "The Two Towers", and other middle installments of hero-centric trilogies. In a way, one can think of the first 4 books as being the first part of the traditional trilogy, where the unlikely hero comes to light and becomes loved by the reader/viewer. With the 5th (and possibly 6th) book, we see the coming-of-age, where the hero begins to redefine himself/herself in the context of what they discover the real world to be. I fully expect that the 7th book will complete the cycle, with Potter and his friends prevailing over evil, and the world recast into something not quite but nearly resembling the setting of the 1st book.

Sharp-eyed readers may also note that Rowling (or her publisher) has chosen to emphasize with this release that the location for the Harry Potter novels is Britain. Unlike previous novels, the location is mentioned several times and a lot of British slang is tossed around. For example, the gang uses "mate" just like teenagers here in America use words like "bro", "buddy", etc. Although a few phrases may leave readers puzzled, most have enough context surrounding them for one to figure out what they mean. If all else fails, a short Google session (what would Arthur Weasley think of THAT?) should make things right.

All in all, it's great to see that with "Order of the Phoenix" (and also the conclusion of "The Goblet of Fire") Rowling has chosen to delve into the deeper parts of Potter's psyche and not create a pure adventure in the mold of the earlier books. Although some readers may be troubled by the doom and gloom, they should also remember that without the fall, there cannot be the return to grace. The 5th chapter in the Potter story is a "necessary evil" (excuse the pun) to set everything up for the grand denouement that we should expect to see in the conclusion of the series. Hang in there, it will only get better!

Summary: Stellar!
Review: Absolutely stellar book. Timing and pace of this book was much better than Goblet of Fire. Superb character development.
The moments of humor were priceless.

The closest thing I have as a criticism of this book is that I sometimes became bored with whole Harry-as-a-grumpy-young-man thing. Not that he doesn't have reason to be put out with the hand life has dealt him, but still it would have been nice to have a few more or longer interludes where we see the old Harry.

All in all, well worth the wait. Can't wait to find out how they all did on their O.W.L.s!

Summary: very good
Review: The story is as exciting as always, but it's sometimes a little bit boring . the book tells us why Voldemort wanted to kill Harry when he was just a baby .
Unfortunately one of the characters dies.
But at all, the story is very good.
I enjoyed it.

Summary: whoa! what just happened?!?
Review: So at the end of the fourth book, we are left with our hero and the knowledge that a whole new era is starting for Harry. However, we didn't know that this era would cause a revolting change in his personality. I spent most of the 5th book wanting to smack Harry around and force him to grow up. OK, sure, his ego was injured by several events over the summer, and he is a teenager, but I don't feel as though that gave him the right to be flat out rude to Dumbledore, Hagrid, Hermione, Ron, Ginny, Sirius, etc., who just happen to be his biggest allies. In this book he is arrogant, insolent, and full of rage. It feels odd that Rowling wrote 4 books establishing him as our hero, only to force us to like him less in the 5th book. This book seems to be about disillusionment. Nearer to the end, I found myself more into the book, and as the action picked up, I too, was totally captivated. The first half of the book is a little too verbose and spends a little too long getting to the point. It seems as though the other books had more action, and fewer pages. I was a little disappointed with this book in comparison with books 3 and 4, which were some of my favorites. However, as a die hard Harry Potter fan I must recommend "the order of the pheonix" too. Dark and not suitable for young children, this book reveals more about the circumstances that surround Harry in a tale that will leave the viewer spellbound till the end.

Summary: Best So Far
Review: This was awesome! Best so far, I think. I started reading the moment I got it and I couldn't put it down-finished in 7 hours. There are funny parts, frusterating parts and sad parts. I'm still depressed over who she killed. In this HP book, everything seems to be beginning to come together. It is so cool. I can't wait for the next one!

Summary: A beautifully crafted book
Review: The 5th book in the series continues to evolve the story of Harry Potter. JK Rowling has a gift for summoning up all the roiling emotions of a 15 year old boy. This is not the Harry Potter of the first 3 books. He is angry, moody and sullen and on the verge of becoming a man. He is in that place between youth and adult where the decisions to hide things from him are both protecting him and leading him closer to disaster. Rowlings captures these emotions perfectly. His confusion and fear pour off the page leaving me unsettled and wanting more. I did not want to put this book down and finised it in 3 days. Many characters return from previous books and Rowlings does not insult her core audience by spending too much time rehashing previous books. I would not recommend that this be the first book in the series that you read. I am am a core fan and I am now going to reread Goblet of Fire to clear up some details I have forgotten. BE WARNED this book is dark and scary. The series continues to grow up with Harry. It is riveting and as with every book in the series, I am left anxiously awaiting the next one

Summary: A wild, cracking Read of a Book!
Review: Simply stated, this 5th installment of the notable Harry Potter series is the darkest, most gothic, and yet most humourous one yet. Once again, the author, J. K. Rowling balances "scariness" with her wonderful sprinklings of mirth. This book shows just how clever a writer Rowling can be.
One thing though : the beginning is a bit lengthy, but very informative, and by the end of this voluminous novel, the reader is simply screaming for more! Perfectly delightful. Lots of hidden nooks-and-crannies are revealed to the reader.
As a final word, I thought the 'Hogwarts Queue' who were waiting for Harry at King's Cross Station [in the final chapter] was positively smashing. David Beckham could not handle a football better than the way Rowling portrayed the closing scene. She has scored a brilliant and decisive win!
