Summary: A great art book for all ages!
Review: Visiting Van Gogh is not only a great book for kids to simply flip through and look at the pictures, but also for adults and educators. It is written with such imagery that kids and adults alike feel they actually hear the floor creek in "The Bedroom" and can touch the paints he uses. It also gives a short history of Van Gogh and highlights several of his most impressive paintings. This is not only a book to be used at home, but also in the classroom. I am pursuing an elementary education degree and I plan on using this book in the classroom for it can be used very easily to generate an early interest in art. I give this book a thumbs up!
