Her research and attention to every detail make this a powerful, practical and easy-to-use tool. The exercises create an interactive environment for optimum learning. The stories of women going through transition help bring the information alive. The resources encourage women to reach out for more support. Most any woman at any stage of her life can find something valuable in this book. Since most women change careers more than seven times over their lives and go through at least one life change per year, every woman should read this book.

Review: The most inspiring part of this book is its wonderful real-life case studies of other women in transition. These studies really augment the how-to steps that Sandy Anderson offers in the text. My favorite: 36-year old University Lecturer and Researcher. She declared bankruptcy to pursue her life's work to teach in a university setting part-time.
