Review: The book provided me valuable information about the trust deed investment world and what brokers and borrowers oftentimes don't disclosed. It has guided me on how to evaluate and handle trust deeds. In these days of increased fraud in the mortgage business, the book has helped me avoid appraisal and credit puffing. Without the book's information, I would have believed some mortgage brokers' and borrowers' statements about loans, and most likely lost thousands of dollars. I highly recommend the book's use by trust deed investors.
