Summary: Wonderful Read
Review: I work in Customer Service and have been reading alot of Cusstomer Service related books. I really enjoyed reading this book. It is insightful and funny at the same time. And as many times as the author mentioned his first book, that makes me want to go out and buy it also. I would recommend this book to anyone working with the public.
