Summary: Presents interesting situations, but doesn't get very far
Review: Michael Rion's book started out with promise, presenting six different managers facing both business and ethical problems. Unfortunately, the book did not do a good job of moving beyond individual situations to a more general theory. I felt it needed more to be an effective and useful guide to leadership.
