Review: I thought that this book was absolutely wonderful. I bought a similar book on the same topic, but it was lacking information, so I went to the library and stumbled upon this goldmind. It's full of useful information, and it really is step by step--just what I need since I'm self-publishing my own book. I only regret that the publisher is out of stock because this is the book I'd like to own. Kavka and Heise have done a wonderful, informative job.
