Review: I found this book very helpfull, it tells about evry step of the home buying process. I found the details about closings and the chapter on agents especially enlightening. Knowing the rules behind "seller's agents" and "buyer's agent" is not as simple as it seems, something I would otherwise not have realized. I feel better prepared to begin searching for a house having read it
