Summary: A great starting place for jobs in ART!
Review: I just finished my undergrad degree in art and I am looking for something to do. This book describes a gazillion jobs I didn't even know existed. It tells you how to go about finding a certain job and how competative certain markets are. The apendicies are a fabulous resource. I was clueless in my job search and now I feel like I have several exciting directions to look in. I think this book is great for someone just starting out in art and invaluable for college career centers.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: wonderful wonderful reference
Review: This book helped me define my career opportunities and goals as an art student, and provided helpful insight into the training and preparation for each job listed. I would highly recommend this book to anyone interested in the arts or any students who are unsure about what they can do with a degree in art.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: good reference
Review: This is a great reference book for deciding what art position you would like to have and what position you are currently eligible for. This book isn't just for artists, there are jobs for people interested to work in the art field but aren't artists (for example, people who have a business degree). This book helped me find what jobs I could get and would like with my BFA and ultimately helped my decide to go back to school for a graphics degree.
