Summary: Same old dependent-thinking!
Review: I was very disappointed in this book - David Harder has a FEW interesting things to say to those of us "working stiffs" who want to get off the treadmill - but overall he preaches dependence on high-paid "life coaches" - an unrealistically expensive solution to most of us - and an unappetizing one to those of us who like to think of ourselves as "Adults"!! There's nothing here but the same-old "buy my book-take my seminar- change your life in one short weekend" makeover madness!

Summary: A Great Road Map to Change
Review: This book reminds all of us who is really responsible for our own career choices. David provides a framework and safety net for those of us who are in a rut to "take the plunge".

David doesn't try to solve the problem for us, but instead, gives us guidance on what it takes to own the career choices we make. He makes us very aware of what the rewards are if we have the courage to follow our hearts.

I was crying when I finished the book. I brought me face-to-face with issues I was dealing with and the personal satisfaction I lacked from the work I was doing. Now it's up to me!
