Review: Unfortunately, this a Reader document that can't be printed. Instead, you've got to read it off your monitor screen. I also could not get Microsoft Reader's font size controls to work, so fonts were larger on screen than I wanted. This was enough of a distraction that I had a hard time extracting value from the document. The content, by the way, is pretty basic stuff. Useful for newcomers to the art and science of managing distribution channels.
